Hi
first thing : in all case, always uninstall a component from the back-end extensions manager.
if you wan't uninstall but keep DB tables, makae a copie of the needed tables before..
because when you uninstall files from ftp, the DB tables stays always inside and for joomla, in his extensions data list, the componen already exist
then if you want save tables of joomloc, go on mysql and make a copy of all --#__lbresa_-_-x tables
then, go to you back-end extensions manager, manage, select components and select joomloc to uninstall and uninstall
this action need to "clean" from joomla the joomloc install information...
then think you can install now it, when done if no probleme, manage the tables to keep your old data
hen for that, it is of course if you intalle a good joomloc version in a good joomla version
if your website is in joomla 1.5, install a joomloc joomla 1.5 version, same if 1.6 or higher
